Holiday Home Management
Our standard holiday changeover clean is suitable for properties up to tourist board 5 star standards. For theproperty we assign a self employed associate to take care of all changeover tasks, including checking the property on departure; cleaning and servicing the property ready for arrivals; linen services and meeting and greeting incoming guests on arrival.
Linen Service
For properties which require a full linen service we can provide our own white linen as part of the Changeover Clean. The advantage of this arrangement for customers is that there are no upfront costs for the purchase of multiple sets of linen and towels, and no on-going costs for replacing spoiled items. This service and quality is approved up to 5 star standards by VisitBritain (the English Tourist Council).
